Is there an option to modify or cancel my order after placing it ?
We recognize the importance of prompt processing for timely delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team at support@kyties.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, please note that orders may be shipped shortly after placement, and once dispatched, modifications cannot be made.
How can I track my shipped order ?
Once you place an order, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is ready for shipment.
What can I do if my tracking status isn’t updating ?
Please ensure you're using the correct tracking number. If it still doesn’t show any updates, try again after 24-48 hours. In cases of prolonged delays, the package may be in transit or held at customs. Please allow additional time and check for updates. If the issue persists, don’t hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.
What if my package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it ?
If your tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building's reception to see if it was left nearby. Allow an additional 2-3 business days, as packages may sometimes arrive slightly later. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your local post office to check if it’s being held. After this time, please reach out to us, and we’ll investigate further.

At the moment, we have a selection of products that we ship either USA and/or Canada. We do have digital products that can be purchased anywhere around the world.

This DOES NOT apply to personalized items, cat owner merchandise (such as apparel), and digital products.

Your files will be available for download once payment is confirmed. For instant download items, we don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

As a small family-run business that prints unique items upon order and does not hold any inventory, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges when the wrong size is ordered.
HOWEVER, we're more than happy to print you another for just the cost of the tee and shipping. Be sure to reach out to us in messages if you find yourself needing to order a different size !
